If you book in for a certain time and your early be prepared to wait. No one is available on reception all day.
I highly recommend this place, having stayed there for two weeks.
The amenities are good - full kitchen set and cutleries to use, heater (for room and water) works well, toilet is clean, television to watch, stable wifi to use. In addition, there is a laundry service (wash and dry) to use.
Staffs are friendly and kind on assisting you. Good security features with EM lock and security code at main door, with key and lock at own suite.
Nearby - pastry shops, carrefour market, restaurants (open till lunch), and bus stop (takes you to St. Malo inside the walls) within 10 minutes walk radius.

Quite good location as it's within walking distance to a beach and a bit further into the town center. Limited open hours for reception. To enter outside of reception hours, a code is needed in addition to your room key. Facilities are functional. Pool is small and often crowded, but at least there is one. Difficult to make changes to bookings.
Location is good, there is a parking (payable). TV is very small but there is free wifi.
Only negative is the pool was dry, we did chose P&V due to having a pool. No alternative was offered.
Enjoyed a lovely stay in St Malo. The apartment was very clean in a good location. Just a two minute walk from a bustling street with cafes, shops, restaurants and patisseries'. A great time had by all!
